Camps Baybeach in Cape Town, is long and white. Along the avenue that this beach lines, are a steady row of tall palm trees, with many convertibles and luxury cars parked beneath them, reminding one of Miami if it weren't for the many up market restaurants and bars on the other side of the street, sprawling onto the pavement, making one feel as if they are vacationing in the south of France.
